Multi-station Cold Former
Reliability begins at the forming stage.
Through multi-die cold forging, Tsuen Mei integrates durability, stability, and scalability into every fastener we produce. Through multi-station cold forging, material flow and deformation are precisely controlled step by step. With 4-, 5-, and 6-die multi-station cold forming machines as the core capability, forming loads are distributed across multiple stages to improve process stability.
This process maintains the continuity of metal flow lines, allowing structural strength and dimensional accuracy to be established during the forming stage, while reducing the need for secondary processing, thus improving efficiency and ensuring mass production consistency and long-term reliability.

02
Automatic Thread Rolling Machine
Precise thread type profiles are not just a specification requirement, but the foundation for ensuring long-term stable product use.
Automatic thread rolling forms threads by cold rolling, preserving metal grain flow along the profile. Compared with cutting, it significantly improves tensile strength and fatigue resistance. Precise control of rolling pressure, feed rate, and die alignment ensures stable pitch, angle, and diameter for consistent, high-volume production.

Rotary Optical Sorting Machine
Quality is not just about random sampling; every single piece is verified.
Inspect appearance and critical dimensions in real time, ensuring batch consistency and shipment quality.

► Cold Forging: Material flow shaping, high strength, fast production, excellent material efficiency
► Machining: Material removal and disruption, lower strength, higher costModern industry fasteners requires strength, accuracy, efficiency, consistency, and cost-effectiveness—cold forging provides all of these.

What is Cold Forging?
Cold forging is a metal forming technology performed at room or near-room temperature, using high pressure to plastically reshape metal into fasteners. Unlike machining, which removes material, cold forging reshapes the metal by controlled flow, preserving the internal grain structure. This results in superior strength, durability, and fatigue resistance. During cold forging process, with immense pressure, metal would be just like clay—compressing, stretching, and flowing into complex shapes such as heads, shanks, and cavities. This controlled metal flow, known as grain flow, is the foundation of cold forging's strength advantages. The metal is not cut but redirected and reshaped, making cold-forged parts naturally stronger than machined ones.
