Hex Bolt

The hex bolt is one of the most common and reliable fasteners used in industrial and construction applications. Its hexagonal head design allows the use of wrenches or socket tools to apply force, providing stable, high-torque fastening performance. This makes it well suited for applications requiring high strength and repeated assembly and disassembly.

Hex bolts are typically manufactured from carbon steel, alloy steel, or stainless steel, and can be heat-treated and surface-finished—such as zinc plating, black oxide, or Dacromet coating—to enhance strength and corrosion resistance. Widely used in machinery, steel structures, automotive components, and various industrial equipment, hex bolts are a standard fastening solution that combines practicality and versatility.
